Organize contacts (CRM and Pipeline)

Your contacts (leads) live in two views inside LeadTasker: a list ("CRM") and a stage board ("Pipeline").

Paths: menu AI Agents ("Agentes IA") → LeadTasker"CRM" tab (/inbox?view=crm) or "Pipeline" tab (/inbox?view=pipeline).

View a contact's profile

Open a contact's profile from any of these places:

  • In "CRM", click a row.
  • In "Pipeline", click a card.
  • In a conversation, click "Ver contacto".

Rename a contact

Contacts that arrive via WhatsApp or Telegram with no profile name show a generic name. To rename them:

  1. Open the contact's profile.
  2. Next to the name, click the pencil icon ("Editar nombre").
  3. Type the new name in "Nombre del cliente" and confirm with Enter (or by clicking outside the field).

The name you set is kept even if the customer keeps sending messages.

Move a contact through the stages

Each contact moves through stages: "Nuevo", "Contactado", "Calificado", "Propuesta", "Negociación", "Ganado", "Perdido".

  • From the profile: open the stage selector (the status badge) and pick the new stage.
  • From the Pipeline: drag the card between columns.

Optionally you can record a deal value and notes on the profile.
