Book appointments

LeadTasker can share your booking page with customers and, when you have Google Calendar connected, read your availability and create the appointment with a Meet link.

The fastest way is to give LeadTasker a booking link (Calendly, Google Calendar or another tool):

  1. Go to the menu Launchpad"Memoria del negocio" (Business memory, /agents/memory).
  2. Enter edit mode and find the "Agenda" section.
  3. Paste your link into "Link de calendario" and save.

With this, LeadTasker shares your link when a customer wants to book, and the "Agenda una cita" button on your landing points there.

Step 2 — Connect Google Calendar (live availability)

For the agent to read your real availability, connect Google Calendar as a connector:

  1. Go to the menu AI Agents ("Agentes IA") → CoachTasker"Integraciones" tab (/agents/coach?view=integraciones).
  2. In the connector list, find Calendar and click "Conectar".
  3. Continue with the provider ("Continuar con el proveedor") to authorize access with your Google account.
  4. When asked which Taskers can use this connector, choose LeadTasker.
How the appointment works

When a customer asks for an appointment, LeadTasker proposes times, creates the event in your Google Calendar and generates the Google Meet link, confirming both parties. You'll see the appointment recorded on the contact's profile.
