Review your business with CoachTasker
CoachTasker is your business coach: you ask it questions, it watches your operation and alerts you to what needs your attention.
Path: menu AI Agents ("Agentes IA") → CoachTasker (/agents/coach).
CoachTasker (proactive alerts and summaries) is available on the Pro plan or above. If your plan doesn't include it, you'll see the option to upgrade.
Ask the coach
In the "Coach" tab, type your question in "Pregúntale al coach sobre tu negocio...". CoachTasker responds with recommendations specific to your business (opportunities, risks, pricing ideas).
Your business's live metrics and pipeline are on the Dashboard (the app home).
Handle alerts
On the right is the "Necesita tu atención" (needs your attention) panel, where proactive alerts appear. Each alert has a direct action depending on the case, for example:
- "Responder" (reply) — a hot lead is waiting.
- "Reactivar" (re-engage) — an opportunity is cooling off.
- "Atender" (attend to) — an upset customer.
- "Añadir a memoria" (add to memory) — business information is missing.
You can dismiss an alert with the X.
Alerts and summary in the bell
Alerts (coach_alert) and the daily/weekly summary (coach_digest) also reach the notifications bell (top right). From there you can "Marcar todas como leídas" (mark all as read) or "Ver todas las notificaciones" (see all).
Receive the summary on Telegram
- In CoachTasker, open the "Conexiones" tab.
- Connect your personal Telegram to receive the alerts and summary there.
Connect tools (integrations)
In the "Integraciones" tab you can connect tools like Gmail, Calendar, Drive or Notion (connectors) so your agents have more context. It's the same screen you use to book appointments.
