Connect your channels

Channels are how LeadTasker serves your customers. They're all connected from a single screen.

Path: side menu → AI Agents ("Agentes IA") → LeadTaskerConexiones tab (or admin.taskerpro.ai/inbox?view=conexiones).

Each channel is a card with a "Conectar" (Connect) button (or "Configurar" if already connected). Once connected, each channel has an "Activo" toggle to pause it without disconnecting.

WhatsApp

There are two ways to connect WhatsApp; pick one.

  1. On the WhatsApp card, click "Conectar".
  2. In "Conectar WhatsApp Cloud API" choose:
    • "Conectar con Meta (Embedded Signup)" — link your number to your Meta account in a few clicks, or
    • "Alta manual (avanzado)" — paste your Phone number ID and Access token (and optionally the WhatsApp Business Account ID and App secret).
  3. Click "Conectar".

You need: a WhatsApp Business / Cloud API account in Meta.

WhatsApp via Twilio

  1. On the "WhatsApp (Twilio)" card, click "Conectar".
  2. Twilio credentials: enter your Account SID and Auth Token.
  3. WhatsApp number: enter your phone number (with country code).
  4. Verification: copy the webhook URL shown and paste it into Twilio; then use "Enviar mensaje de prueba" / "Verificar estado del número".

You need: a Twilio account with a registered WhatsApp sender.

Telegram

  1. On the Telegram card, click connect (or "Agregar otro bot de Telegram" for additional bots).
  2. Create your bot: open BotFather in Telegram and create a bot with /newbot.
  3. Enter the token: paste the bot token and, optionally, a label (e.g. "Sales bot").
  4. Done: you'll see "¡Conectado!".

You need: a bot token from @BotFather.

SMS (Twilio)

  1. On the SMS card, click "Conectar".
  2. Enter your Twilio credentials (Account SID + Auth Token).
  3. Enter your SMS-capable phone number.
  4. Under Verification, copy the webhook URL and use "Enviar SMS de prueba".

You need: a Twilio account with an SMS number.

Web chat (widget)

  1. On the WebChat card, click "Conectar".
  2. Customize the assistant name, primary color and welcome message.
  3. Copy the install snippet and paste it before </body> on your site.
  4. Click "Conectar WebChat".

No external credentials needed. On your TaskersPro landing the widget activates automatically.

Voice (Twilio)

  1. On the "Llamadas de Voz" (Voice) card, click "Conectar".
  2. Enter your Twilio credentials and your voice number.
  3. Under voice settings you can set a welcome message, the language (Spanish/English) and, optionally, an ElevenLabs Voice ID.

You need: a Twilio account with a voice number.

Coming soon

Platform Email, Facebook Messenger and Instagram channels are on the way and don't appear for connecting yet.
