Configure LeadTasker

From the "Configuración" tab you adjust how LeadTasker organizes your contacts and conversations.

Path: menu AI Agents ("Agentes IA") → LeadTasker"Configuración" tab (/inbox?view=configuracion). It has three sub-tabs: "Atributos personalizados" (custom attributes), "Etiquetas" (tags) and "Respuestas guardadas" (saved replies).

Custom attributes

Use these to store your own business data on each contact or conversation (for example, "VIP level").

  1. Open "Atributos personalizados".
  2. Choose the "Modelo" (model): "Contacto" or "Conversación".
  3. Fill in the "Nombre visible" (display name, e.g. "Nivel VIP") and the internal key (clave interna).
  4. Optional: define a list of comma-separated values (e.g. "oro, plata, bronce") or a regex pattern.
  5. Click "Agregar atributo".

Tags

  1. Open "Etiquetas".
  2. Type the tag name and click "Añadir".

You can then assign tags to conversations from the actions panel.

Saved replies

These are reusable messages you insert when replying by hand.

  1. Open "Respuestas guardadas".
  2. Fill in the "Atajo" (shortcut, e.g. "saludo"), the "Título visible" (title) and the reply content.
  3. Click "Agregar respuesta".

When you take control of a conversation, you can insert them from the "Respuestas guardadas" button in the reply box.
