The modules: your 30 days

Launchpad takes you from idea to launch in 6 modules, one every 5 days. Before Module 1 there's an initial diagnostic that helps the AI understand your starting point.

Module 1 — Clarity and validation

You define your business model (Business Model Canvas) and validate your idea with real market research. The goal: confirm there's a problem worth solving.

Module 2 — Market research

You analyze your competition, size your market and define your ideal customer (buyer persona). You come out with a clear picture of who you're selling to.

Module 3 — Value proposition and brand

You sharpen your value proposition and build your brand identity: logo options, a brand kit and your voice. Your business starts to have a face.

Module 4 — Digital presence

You prepare your social profiles with optimized bios and a first batch of posts, plus a content calendar to keep the momentum going.

Module 5 — Go-to-market and pricing

You define your pricing structure, your launch plan and your pitch. You arrive ready to start selling.

Module 6 — Launch

Your business plan is compiled, Growth Suite is configured with all your context, and your landing is generated (at the end of the module, so it uses your already-defined pricing and context). You launch.

The end of the journey

Launchpad is considered complete when you get your first real customers during launch week. From there, you operate with Growth Suite.
