A real-time view of your business's state: your pipeline of opportunities, each customer's history across channels, and key metrics. Pulse helps you see, at a glance, where your business needs attention today.
Strategy — recommendations to grow
Analysis and recommendations specific to your business: opportunities in your catalog, pricing ideas and trends in your sector. Because CoachTasker inherits all the Launchpad context (your plan, your numbers, your products), its recommendations are concrete, not generic.
Proactive alerts and summaries
CoachTasker can watch your business and notify you on its own:
- Proactive alerts: hot leads waiting, opportunities cooling off, upset customers.
- Morning summary and weekly report (in the app and, depending on your configuration, by email, Telegram or WhatsApp).
Proactive alerts and the morning/weekly summary are available on the Pro plan or above. Reactive escalation (when a customer is upset in a conversation) notifies you on any plan.
